The Dizzy Dash began as a virtual 5K for people with balance and dizziness issues. This race could be walked or run at the users pace even if it took several days to finish. This year we are trying something a little different, we are incorporating #whatsyourgoal in this years Dizzy Dash. We are encouraging all people to pick a goal you have wanted to do but for some reason or another have not yet accomplished. Maybe it's to finally clean that closet or to fix up your yard, it can be most anything. When you have finished that goal you can post on social media if you would like to share with others under #whatsyourgoal. Won't you please help me to raise much needed funds for a non profit that does a ton of good including helping people in crisis.
