As one who lives life with a vestibular disorder, I know the impact it can have on a person’s life. Simple tasks like taking a shower can be daunting, household chores are hard to perform, and social activities are rather challenging.  Going out to a restaurant, attending parent's evening, going to the theatre or an Opera can seem far-fetched.

I am on a mission to walk a few steps in Regent's Park London with help from Kate Wilkinson Nordic Walking Instructor (with Exerstrider Nordic Poles, of course.) I am training towards achieving that goal through my Dizzy Dash personal campaign.

Your donation and support means a great deal to me, and will have a huge impact on a vestibular patient on their journey toward recovery.

.... And if you are in London please join us for a Picnic in the Park:

When: 20th May 2017

TIME: 14:00 - 17:00

Where: Regent's Park London

I am grateful to our fellow Ambassador - Kate Mahoney Creator of the Dizzy Dash Campaign for encouraging us to achieve our own goal which in turn will help others get support and proper diagnosis from the funds raised.

Many people with vestibular disorders feel isolated and misunderstood. VEDA connects them to resources and a community of support so they understand what they are going through and don’t feel so alone.

From a grateful VEDA Ambassador,
