Include your clinic in VEDA's Provider Directory

VEDA's online Provider Directory provides an informal referral service for members, callers, and Web site visitors to find health professionals with a special interest and training in diagnosing and treating vestibular disorders. An average of 75,000provider directories per month are requested from the Vestibular Disorders Association.

We also refer other professionals to these lists when they contact us for help locating a colleague.

If you are already a Provider Directory participant with current membership dues, you may submit any changes to your entry by entering your clinic information online or filling out and sending us a form, or you may contact VEDA with any questions you may have about your listing.

If you are not already a current professional member of VEDA, your membership dues must accompany this form. To become a member, please visit our store or request that printed information be sent to you.
