Botox ended up being the treatment my doctor recommended, and it made a noticeable difference for me. When I started treatment, I got my injections through https://injectco.com/ under my doctor’s guidance. It’s good that you’re getting the MRI to be sure, since there can be a few different causes.

The most common cause of hemifacial spasms is compression of the facial nerve, which controls the muscles on one side of the face. This compression can be caused by a blood vessel that is pressing on the nerve, a tumor or other growth, or other structural abnormalities in the area. In some cases, the cause of hemifacial spasms is unknown. It was after such symptoms that the doctor advised me to turn to Botox injections. I decided to order botox on the website recommended by the doctor https://dkdermal.com/botox/. After several procedures, I can immediately say that the result is noticeable and the spasm has passed.

Hello-I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this symptom (any type of facial frequent spasm/tick, single side of face) as a comorbidity to their vestibular disorder (VM in my case). Getting another MRI to determine 100% if it is hemifacial spasm, then likely botox as first line of defense if so. I did a forum search and didn't find any hits, am wondering if this is familiar for anyone. Thank you in advance for sharing if so.
