About 6 weeks after 2nd Pfizer shot I started getting food or medication stuck in the epigastric area. I have had almost every GI test so can have except a colonoscopy. Have gone to 2 GI doctors, the ED, and one general surgeon and they can’t come up with any conclusion. Thank goodness after 4 months I was able to eat soolid food. I’m 14 months into have symptoms and I still have to take small medication with apple sauce. I don’t dare try anything bigger and the cramping subsided after 9 months but starting to come back now.. I just had my flu shot a few days ago so I’m not sure if that triggered anything linked to Pfizer vaccine or just a coincidence. Around same time this all started I too started getting the second flashes. Like the lights flickered. I have gone to my ophthalmologist and he said it’s a side effect of a part in the back of my eye slightly coming away (not retinal detachment) it’s common as we get a little older. Especially with near sided people. He said the flickers should subside once my brain tells them it’s “normal”

I don’t get the flashes too often but what’s still bothering me is my GI problems and not being able to take meds like I used too.. 15 small and large pills all at once with only a swig of water to overnight not being able to small any.. and now even a small Sudafed will get “caught” if I don’t have applesauce.
swallow studies say nothing is wrong and I’ve tried nitro when have symptoms without relief… so if anyone had any other ideas or treatment that has worked, I’m all ears!! Begging for answers

I’m really happy to have found this group bc it’s the only place i feel understood right now. I had my Moderna booster 12/15. I still have painful numbness and tingling, sharp stabbing, shooting, prickly or throbbing pains everywhere. I’ve done nerve tests, MRI’s and EKGS. All normal. Except nothings normal. I can’t walk most days. I’m in pain most days-all day. It was hell to get on a pain medicine regimen- thanks big pharma! I just want to know when this will get better because I’m honestly on my last thread here.

Nothing too much to add from previous posts to be honest, I feel I'm around 90% recovery. Been taking the usual supplements (Vit B, D, Magnesium, Turmeric etc). Also been taking an anti-histamine every morning - I have allergies at this time of the year anyway. I think they have helped a little but time has been the main healer I feel.

I can even manage a couple of beers or glasses of wine now, I am delighted to say! Typically alcohol made my symptoms worse for some reason, which is unfortunate as if there was ever a time I needed alcohol in my life it's been the last 5 months lol :-)

Take care
