Originally from Yarmouth, NS, Annick graduated from Dalhousie University School of Physiotherapy in 1987. She worked for 10 years at the Nova Scotia Rehabilitation Centre, the last two years as Supervisor of Orthopaedics, and the Director of Physiotherapy. In 1996 she traveled to Kuwait where she spent 2 years as a member of the Kuwait-Dalhousie Physiotherapy Project, teaching Kuwaiti physiotherapists. In 1999 Annick moved to Kelowna and joined Pinnacle Physiotherapy, first as an associate, and later as a co-owner. Annick and her partners sold the Pinnacle clinics to Lifemark in 2012 and she has been Clinic Director of the West Kelowna clinic since. She is a former competitive runner, Canadian national team member, and Canadian Women’s Cross Country Champion in 1990. She also was the Female Athlete of the Year both in high school and at Dalhousie University. Annick is a certified ashtanga yoga teacher, is active in cross country and downhill skiing, swimming, cycling, and plays clarinet in the Kelowna City Band.
