Listings with pictures get clicked on about 10 times more often than listings without. Smiling pictures are more effective and inviting!
Add a personable description
What can patients expect when they come to see you? Have you been working with vestibular patients for a long time? What inspired you to work with vestibular patients? People love seeing that they will be taken seriously. Here’s an example of a good short description (feel free to make yours longer!):
(Name) graduated as a (specialty) from the (University) in (year). After several years in private practice they discovered Vestibular Rehabilitation, which became their primary focus and passion. They have pursued extensive post-graduate education in the field, including (Certificate) in (year). They now practice in a multi-disciplinary clinic and contribute to continuing education in the field by teaching online courses and mentoring new clinicians. (Insert quote)
Procedures, tools, and diagnoses treated
Your profile has a variety of additional fields to give patients more information about what kind of care is available to them at your clinic. Making sure that these fields are filled out is a great way to ensure the patients reaching out are those you can help.
Contact info
Add a website URL (if applicable) and email address so patients have multiple ways of learning about and getting in contact with you.
Keep your information updated
VeDA relies on communication from clinicians to keep their information up-to-date. If details of your practice or how patients can reach you change, make sure your listing has the most updated information, or you could lose out on conversions from clicks to in-person patients!
