Clinical Evaluation and Management of Visual & Perceptual Impairments Following Acquired Brain Injury: A Hands-On Approach

This course is designed for occupational and physical therapists who treat persons with acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions that impact the visual system – including concussion and vestibular disorders. In this two-day course, faculty will offer their knowledge of the visual system, assessment and treatment techniques regarding visual management and clinical manifestations of common visual impairments following an acquired brain injury.
This is an intermediate level course. Participants will be able to apply immediately upon completion of the course, the assessment and treatment strategies learned throughout the two days.
