@yoki

I posted it above. Are there 2 Yokis? I thought i answered. This site is hard to figure out. Im worried to post it because I cant make any claims about it - only personal experience.

Im not a dr and i know very little about these supplements. I just took as recommended for me. Based on the packaging what I took is a lot. And from what i can tell from the internet, glutothione has some side effects / counter indications so research and decide for yourself first or ask a dr or natural pharmacy.

What i took: tri fortify flavored glutithione 2 tsps 3x a day, 30 mg zinc 1 cap and 250 mg quercitin 1 cap per day (bottle says 2 2x a day but i only took 1 as directed). For a week. I dropped my dose of glutithione down after 4 days as it slightly upset my stomach.

not claiming or recommending anything for anyone - just what i took for my vaccine side effects (dizziness, head whirring, feeling like being on a boat, lightheadedness)  that personally helped me.

No claims of knowing anything. Just a starting point for people to look into because it was recommended to me and got me better. please keep me posted on your progress!

And report your symptoms to VAERS. It’s the only way the FDA and CDC will look into the side effects. And hopefully they will take notice.

totally agree. Everyone should check for themselves and make their own decision. Im only relating my experience as something ppl can look into. Not giving medical advice or making a claim except my personal experience.

@mags

mine was 5 weeks until i took the supplements i mentioned. I empathize. The feeling is so debilitating and awful.  I barely did anything for 5 weeks but rest and even that was so uncomfortable. I wondered if i would ever get better.

Before the vaccine i had no health problems. My last blood work was perfect. I take no medications.

Im not saying ppl should take it but that report cautions against excessive use of quercitin. I took it for 1 week at a very low day ver the counter dose.
Anyway the vaccine is way more powerful and they are just giving it to everyone without even knowing if it’s safe and for whom it’s safe. I personally would rather roll the dice with quercitin. But thats just me. Everyone can ask their dr.

Had the same. It’s awful.  See my posts below for things that helped me in the end. Good luck.

As of the 19th of May, 21, for the Astrazeneca vaccine alone in the UK, there have been a total of 182,751 reports of 676,083 reactions.

Some of these are: tinnitus 2,663, vertigo 1,476, dizziness 18,511, dizziness postural 1,843, migraine 6,021, headaches 70,313, nausea 29,649, vomiting 9,900, arthralgia (joint stiffness) 19,415, myalgia (muscle pain) 23,940.

Unfortunately, the report doesn't say how long people have been suffering with these symptoms for.

You also had sinus pressere on one side of your head? Can you describe your changes within the last weeks? For me it's actually sometimes getting better and then the headache is back.
