Hi,
I had VN back in 2021. I undertook VRT and made a gradual recovery. I feel I'm having a relapse, or its recurred. I'm having spins, head pressure, and feeling 'off'.

I am actually wondering the same thing? I was told last year I had a labyrinthitis with one ear and this year I was having a lot of issues so I finally found out how to get to a vestibular PT. They diagnosed me with vestibular hypofunction, or neuritis. I have been doing the recommended exercises for months and am improving. But there seems to be relapses and dizziness or imbalance returns. Are you ever cured? Or will there continue to be setbacks? Very hard to plan ahead with this.
