Hello all,
I have severe case of dizziness 24/7 caused by nystagmus issues(less balance function in left ear). I have to take benzos daily to be able to function. Anyone else who does the same? In the past Ive tried amitriptyline,nortriptyline,SSRIs,cinnarizine,topiramate and others.

I'm sorry to hear about your struggles with dizziness and nystagmus. It can be incredibly challenging to deal with persistent symptoms like these. Have you considered seeing a vestibular rehabilitation therapist? They specialize in balance disorders and may provide exercises to help manage your symptoms.
