What is a second opinion service?
A second opinion service gives you the opportunity to have your medical records reviewed by a vestibular specialist (such as a neurologist, neurotologist, or vestibular physical therapist) who was not involved in your original care. The goal is to provide additional insight on your diagnosis, treatment options, or next steps—especially if you are still experiencing symptoms, have a complex condition, or feel unsure about your current care plan.
