I am a presenter/speaker for the above event. I understand the event will be recorded for the purpose of being used and distributed in various formats by the Vestibular Disorders Association (VeDA) for educational and informational purposes, including, but not limited to, the Internet platforms of VeDA and any other communications medium VeDA chooses to utilize.
I give my permission and authorize VeDA to videotape, audiotape, photograph, record, edit, sell, or otherwise reproduce my presentation, and to use it in the formats and for the purposes stated above.
The content created in the video/audio will remain the property of The Vestibular Disorders Association. As a guest, I am not entitled to a downloaded copy of the video but may view it on VeDA’s social media channel(s). I will not be able to edit or make any changes to the recording.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeDA, their employees, and representatives against any and all claims arising out of my presentation, including, but not limited to, claims of copyright infringement, defamation, and misrepresentation.
