At Balancing Act Rehabilitation, we specialize in vestibular dysfunction. Dizziness can be scary, isolating, and disruptive to your daily life. Our mission is to make expert vestibular care accessible, effective, and empowering so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

We were one of the first virtual vestibular therapy practices, providing personalized care in the comfort of your home since 2018. We focus exclusively on conditions like BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo), vestibular migraine, PPPD (Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness), and other causes of dizziness and imbalance.

If you're looking for structured support beyond one-on-one vestibular rehab, we created The Dizzy Reset™, our online program and community designed specifically for people living with persistent dizziness. Inside, you’ll move through a carefully sequenced, step-by-step roadmap designed to support real healing. We intentionally curated the lessons to remove the guesswork, making sure your system feels supported and regulated before we introduce challenge. This is not a quick fix. It’s a structured process designed to create lasting, sustainable change so you can rebuild confidence in your body and your daily life.

And you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be part of a community of people who truly understand what this experience feels like and who are walking the path right alongside you.

You deserve more than temporary band-aids or being told “everything looks normal.” You deserve answers, a plan, and support along the way.

You can also explore our free educational resources and listen to our podcast, Talk Dizzy to Me, where we blend clinical insight with real-life experiences to help you feel informed and less alone.

Life's too short to stay dizzy.
