Shana has 30 years of experience in the hospital setting and 7 years of outpatient vestibular experience. She has advanced training in the treatment of the following conditions:

* Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) - typical and atypical types, with the use of video goggles for a thorough diagnosis and treatment
* Vestibular Neuritis, Labyrinthitis, and other unilateral or bilateral vestibular hypofunctions such as Acoustic Neuroma/Vestibular Schwanoma
* Cervicogenic Dizziness
* Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD)
* Visual Vertigo
* Vestibular Migraine
* Stroke
* Concussion/Traumatic Brain Injury

Shana founded Balance Solutions Rehab, a CONVENIENT MOBILE vestibular physical therapy practice dedicated to empowering a return to an active lifestyle after having a vestibular disorder. Patients are scheduled in a timely manner so they can start their healing journey. They are treated with COMPASSION, CARE, and a HOLISTIC approach. It is our top priority to develop a CONNECTION with our patients to create a trusting and supportive environment where they can thrive.

Shana believes in a holistic approach, focusing not only on physical, but also mental and emotional health. By combining traditional vestibular and balance exercises with relaxation techniques, breath work, mindfulness and positive neuroplasticity, Shana's patients have excellent outcomes and improved quality of life.
