Cheryl Wylie is an experienced physiotherapist and practice leader who is enthusiastic about helping people improve their health and wellbeing. She is the owner and co-founder of Healing Vertigo, which provides vestibular, concussion and TMJ rehabilitation, professional education courses and has a mobile app to help people suffering from BPPV.

Cheryl's passion is in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, and she has taken extensive coursework to reflect this. She also initiated the Hamilton Concussion Support Group with the hopes of building community support for people with persistent symptoms.

She is a lifelong learner and enjoys encouraging others to expand their knowledge as well. As a result, she teaches vestibular and concussion courses and engages in numerous public speaking events to educate healthcare professionals and help promote the physiotherapy industry. She also provides virtual mentorships for practitioners new to vestibular rehabilitation.

Finally, she is passionate about pushing boundaries and thinking outside the box, and created an App called Healing Vertigo to help people assess and treat Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) within mobile device. This app increases access to BPPV treatment to people in rural communities or with limited funding for specialized rehabilitation, as well as acts as a resources for many healthcare practitioners.
