Dizzy Together

Dizzy Together

Details

Dizzy Together is an 8-week virtual peer-led support group that offers a safe space for individuals to share insights and strategies related to navigating the world with a vestibular disorder.  The weekly sessions last 60 minutes. During the group’s time together, we explore eight topics, including mindset, symptom management, planning and pacing, physical movement, dealing with setbacks, values, relationships, and personal strengths. This group will provide a positive, structured, and supportive environment, aiming to help individuals move away from isolation and towards being part of a community, fostering a sense of belonging.

Dizzy Together is peer-led by volunteer co-hosts who also live with a vestibular disorder. This means it is not a professionally run support group or a replacement for professional talk therapy. The co-hosts involved in this program are individuals who have lived experience with vestibular disorders and who want to help others.  Please be patient and understanding, as co-hosts, like you, have ongoing vestibular disorders with symptoms that vary day by day.

Each group is limited to 12 people. Please only sign up if you're able to attend. Please note that participants must attend the first three sessions to remain registered. If you cannot participate in the group on these dates, please consider signing up for a future session (we aim to host these biannually).

Dates: 10:00 - 11:00 AM PDT weekly Oct 7 - Nov 25, 2025
