Elizabeth has 28 years of clinical experience in several areas of physiotherapy practice. She has been treating clients with vestibular problems since 2009. She has demonstrated competency in vestibular rehabilitation through successful completion of competency-based post-graduate education through the American Physical Therapy Association and Emory University School of Medicine, as well as other advanced vestibular training. She has been a member in good standing of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario since 1996. In terms of her academic background, she has an Honours BA in Kinesiology, a BSc and subsequent MSc (thesis-based) in Physiotherapy. Clinically, she has experience in acute care, in-home, and outpatient settings. In addition to clients with vestibular problems, she works with clients who suffer from pain, complex orthopaedic injuries, neurological conditions, and musculoskeletal problems. Beyond vestibular rehabilitation, she has competency-based post-graduate trainman in manual therapy (Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy Level 3), and training in McKenzie MDT, chronic pain, aquatic rehabilitation, and the APTEI method.
