Giacomo is a highly experienced vestibular and concussion physiotherapist providing effective vestibular rehabilitation treatment for all varieties of vestibular conditions. He graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology followed by the completion of a Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Toronto. He is also a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapists (FCAMPT) the highest level of training available in orthopaedic manual therapy. Giacomo also enjoys the art of teaching and is involved in mentorship at the University of Toronto MSc. PT program. Giacomo stays active by playing ultimate frisbee, training for triathlon and strength training. He is currently working toward completing an IronMan Triathlon. And if his name is not evidence enough, Giacomo is happy to be able to treat patients who speak Italian!
Our clinics utilize infra-red goggle technology to view nystagmus during our assessment and treatment. We offer a detailed and thorough assessment and provide reports about diagnoses back to our patients' physician or specialist.
Our Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy Program has successfully treated thousands of patients with disorders such as BPPV, vestibular neuritis and labyrinthitis, PPPD, post-concussion, vestibular migraine, cervicogenic dizziness, MdDS among many others.
We offer direct billing through auto insurance, and most extended health insurance plans.
Our well known Dizziness Clinics are conveniently located throughout the Greater Toronto Area. We also offer virtual vestibular rehabilitation through telehealth appointments.
