Certifications

I completed a graduate‑level course at the University of Rochester on treating Functional Disorders with Intensive Short‑Term Dynamic Psychotherapy. As part of the course, I co‑presented Child’s Play and Persistent Postural‑Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD), which focused on psychoeducation, supportive clinical approaches, and developmentally attuned interventions.

I have also completed years of specialized training in Attachment‑Based Intensive Short‑Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (AB‑ISTDP). This evidence‑based approach is used in the treatment of Functional Neurological Disorders, including functional vestibular conditions such as PPPD. This training supports my work with adolescents who experience neuroplastic and functional vestibular symptoms, helping them gently explore emotional processes and patterns that can shape dizziness and influence how the nervous system responds over time.

In addition, I am a certified Parent Educator for Teaching Parenting the Positive Discipline Way.
