Details

Justin Martin, PT, DPT, provides specialized evaluation and treatment for individuals experiencing dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, and vestibular-related functional limitations. His practice focuses exclusively on vestibular and balance rehabilitation, including benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), unilateral and bilateral vestibular hypofunction, persistent postural-perceptual dizziness (PPPD), concussion-related dizziness, cervicogenic dizziness, and fall risk associated with balance disorders.
Care is delivered through one-on-one sessions with an emphasis on thorough assessment, individualized treatment planning, and patient education. Services are provided in the home setting to improve accessibility and comfort, particularly for individuals whose symptoms make travel difficult. Treatment approaches incorporate evidence-based vestibular rehabilitation techniques such as gaze stabilization, habituation, balance retraining, and gentle but effective canalith repositioning procedures.
The goal of care is to reduce symptom burden, restore confidence in movement, and support return to meaningful daily activities through targeted, compassionate, and clinically grounded rehabilitation.
