Kathryn (Katie) MacDonald is a Board-Certified Neurological Clinical Specialist and the founder of NeuroRestore PT, LLC. With over 16 years of experience, she's had the privilege of helping people recover from stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, vestibular and balance disorders, and other complex neurological conditions. Her approach is grounded in compassion, connection, and evidence-based care — helping each person rebuild confidence, independence, and joy in movement.

Appointments are by telemedicine for patients located in New Hampshire, Maine, or Massachusetts. Home visits are available within approximately a 10-mile radius of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. 

Outside of work, you’ll find her running, gardening, experimenting with gluten-free baking, or exploring new places with my husband.
