Kevin is a graduate of the MscPT program at Queen’s University School of Rehabilitation Therapy, with 15 years of diverse experience in a variety of clinical settings. He has worked in both rural and urban centres in inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, as attending staff in an emergency department, in an orthopedic surgery clinic, in private clinics, in home care, in family health teams, in rehabilitation facilities and with sports teams. In 2009, Kevin began developing his specialization in the field of Vestibular Rehabilitation through mentorship and post-graduate courses. In December of 2014, Kevin received his certification as a Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapist from the American Institute of Balance and has successfully completed recertification exams in 206, 2018 and 2020.
Kevin has assessed and treated more than 1,000 patients with dizziness and balance disorders, establishing himself as one of Eastern Ontario’s most experienced vestibular therapists. Kevin has been invited to present at Grand Rounds for the Family Medicine program at the Queen’s University School of Medicine and help further develop the vestibular component of the Family Medicine Residency curriculum. He has also been invited to teach the vestibular component of the MscPT program at Queen’s University annually since 2015.
In July 2021, Kevin made the transition out to Kelowna BC and now offers his vestibular rehabilitation services through Stride Mobile Physiotherapy.
