The vestibular rehabilitation and balance program at the Concussion Institute serves patients with dizziness, vertigo and imbalance related to all vestibular diagnoses, not just those with symptoms following concussion. We are located in the Hudgens Professional Building on the Northside Hospital Duluth campus.
