Meet Your Co-Hosts for the Founders Chapter

While this group is a peer-led social initiative and not a substitute for professional medical advice or clinical psychotherapy, it is facilitated by two dedicated advocates with extensive lived experience:

Careen – Co-Founder & Lead Facilitator: A mother of two who manages Vestibular Migraine and PPPD. Careen brings a firsthand understanding of the intersection of parenting and vestibular health and serves as the primary host for the Founders Chapter.
Karen – Associate Facilitator: A mother of two older kids who navigates life with Meniere’s Disease and has a passion and interest in helping other moms with their vestibular journey.
Susan – Relief Facilitator: A trusted member of our team who is not only a mother but also a grandmother several times over. Susan acts as a substitute, ensuring our community always has a familiar face to lead as needed.
