The XXXI Bárány Society Meeting will be a Hybrid Event: meaning there will be both an In-person conference in Madrid and a Virtual conference though our website.
IN-PERSON MEETING IN MADRID
We are very confident that the In-person Meeting will take place as planned.
It is difficult to fully replicate the richness, chance encounters, and energizing atmosphere of an In-person meeting. We really want to get together and share recent advances in vestibular science and medicine.
The XXXI Bárány Society Meeting will be held in Melia Castilla Hotel which is a strategic place, located in the Madrid’s Financial District.
And although all indicators point to a much better situation in the month of May that will allow us to meet again, providing a safe environment for all delegates will be our top priority.
We should not forget that most of the attendees will be hopefully vaccinated by that time.
We want to see you there!
In-person registrations will include free of charge the access to the Virtual meeting, with all the scientific content available to be watched replayed on-demand.
VIRTUAL CONGRESS
The Virtual Congress is for people who are certain that they will not be able to travel to Madrid.
If you are not finally able to attend live in Madrid … do not worry!
You will attend virtually. The most comprehensive and complete scientific program, delivered directly to your living room, office, terrace … the choice is yours.
We will offer you an unbelievable experience: we had adapted the virtual meeting to European, Asian and American’s time zone.
The most important sessions held at the Melia Castilla Hotel in Madrid will be broadcasted live.
All the Free Papers and E-Posters will be pre-recorded and available at the Virtual Meeting Site.
Delegates will be able to visit our Exhibition Area, talk with industry staff.
The platform will remain open until December 31st, 2022.
