Learn to evaluate and manage concussion disorders in this hybrid course on September 14, 2024 in Portland, OR.
Participants will explore the latest research and trends for adolescents and adults experiencing prolonged visual, vestibular and sensory complaints as a result of concussion. Special attention to classifying symptoms due to cervical impairments, vestibular dysfunction and exertion limitations will be specified.
A comprehensive examination and treatment plan as it relates to concussion, dizziness, headache and whiplash associated disorders will be taught within the framework of a multidisciplinary-team approach.
This program will also provide hands on assessment practice lab sessions and case discussions to facilitate psychomotor learning for concussion therapists.
