The learner will understand that grounding ability at the feet, the tongue, the teeth, and the eyes affects the way people habitually stack their bodies to breathe and move
The learner will understand that the ability to train the body out of a habitually stacked pattern can favorably affect compression, grounding, swallow, occlusion, vision, and gait
The learner will understand that adequate chamber compression on each side of the body directly affects the ability to react with the ground, manage the tongue, sense the teeth, and stabilize the vision
