@dizzyfromvaccine Thank you very much for giving these supplement dosages. I was just curious and will look into it from here to see what's appropriate for me. I am so happy you found relief! I went to a Doctor of Oriental Medicine with similar symptoms (dizzy, headaches, constant migraine, starting a few weeks after second Pfizer, that have never been an issue for me before) and she gave me a regimen for liver support that is helping somewhat. I will run the glutathione idea by her. Thank you again.
I have started 2 days ago to feel better (wasn't sure if it was a good day or it would last) and it has sustained and improved. I only suffered 6 bad days of vertigo, dizziness, brain fog, temple pressure, some facial numbness etc. following my Pfizer first shot. I think @dizzyfromvaccine might be onto something here. I wasn't taking straight up glutathione, but 500mg twice a day NAC (glutathione precursor) plus 30mg zinc glycinate twice a day, 400mg quercetin twice a day, and 1000mg vitamin c twice a day. For a few days I did these all 3x a day as well over last weekend leading up to Wednesday when I started feeling better. My last blood count showed top of the reference range monocytes too for some reason. I was having some stomach and intestinal issues then, which could have put that out of whack.
I've been taking the supplements mentioned above once a day typically for the last year, so I felt upping them wouldn't hurt me short term. Definitely talk to your doctor first if you're not sure.
Another point is I returned to the gym on Sunday (despite dizziness and vertigo) and fought through a workout, then have gone every day since (i typically work out 5+ times a week) doing cardio and weights.
Some other glutathione boosters I was apparently doing/taking: Turmeric, Milk thistle, more sleep with melatonin, two scoops whey protein daily, 2 cups spinach daily....
Best of luck to everyone. I feel 75% back to normal today coming from 25% on Wednesday.
Note: I also upped my omega 3, d3 and k2, and magnesium among a bunch of other supplements I take daily.
Healthy 25yo F, no chronic conditions but I do suffer from mild motion sickness when I am in a car for a long period of time. That's it
1st day - got a vaccine (Pfizer)
2nd day - sore arm, nothing too alarming
Felt great for the next few days
6 days later - had a headache (not a migraine) for 2 days
Next day after that - chills, felt feverish with no temperature
For the last week - felt off and dizzy for 2-4 hours each day
Yesterday I also started experiencing brain fog and clogged ears
Not sure if Zinc, C and D help because I have been taking them for the last 2 years every day anyway
After reading this forum I think caffeine makes it worse. I noticed after having coffee my symptoms worsen but I have been drinking coffee since i was 10, not sure how I can just stop...
I read most of the posts here and it looks like 90% of people do have preexisting conditions and the vaccine triggered them
10% were healthy or maybe never diagnosed
It also looks like it usually gets somewhat resolved within 4 months
My next vaccine is in 10 weeks, I am not sure what to do because I worry if I don’t get it, I can’t get on a plane
The following site shows a list of foods that increase antioxidants and glutathione levels in the body naturally. Some of these foods are: strawberries, blueberries, cabbage, sprouts, brocolli, mushrooms, onions, spinach, garlic, turmeric, cumin, peppermint, paprika, beets, carrots, tomatoes, nuts, fish, meats, poultry. I'm not suggesting that the supplement glutathione doesn't work, I wouldn't know, just suggesting an alternative if you are as nervous as I am about taking supplements..

Thanks Tabby! I feel like you peeped in my cupboard and listed the contents! I did venture to take Vitamin D prescription recommended for me when I tested deficient for it and I feel fairly confident to take vitamin C, but I've seen the confusion that can result when relatives have changed multiple remedies at the same time, so I usually only add one intervention at a time and watch for the results. I'm really cautious about taking anything at all, because it seems my body is so easily tipped into unwanted side effects. Case in point - I did seek the Covid vaccine ...and ended up here!! Even the changes of seasons require a lot more adjustment for me than others.
I was pleased to see that the things I naturally choose to eat are noted for health! I too am not inclined to take supplements that are only available over the counter, and when I read about them the claims mostly read that they may or could or might be helpful for some problems. Thanks again for the direction and assurance that there are foods that can be recommended to boost health!
@hope123 - welcome and thanks for your input! I too would like to continue to travel by plane, but because of my reaction I'm convinced that I should not be accepting any more Covid vaccination. I'm wondering if I've seen that there may be an alternative to vaccination offered in some situations and/or locations - that of a recent negative Covid test instead? And, I do think I may have seen that at least some airlines may be pushing back against these requirements for intra-country travel? The situation for international seems to maybe be more of a patchwork of responses and deserves looking into.
3 hours sleep again last night due to the Tinnitus. I CANT carry on like this. ☹
I have brought Zinc, Green Tea, Quecetin, magnesium, Vit C, Vit D3, Tumeric and Bromelain AND Anti Histamines.
From what ive read on here and elsewhere that little lot should eventually make a difference.
No use waiting for the NHS to help...i'd be either dead having jumped off a cliff or me rocking back and forth in a mental hospital before I actially got proper help from them.
I've been taking most of them for the last 2 years anyway so either they don't help or....my symptoms would have been much worse without them. Scary
@thenystagmus If my symptoms don't improve before the next dose, I am not taking it and will be delaying it as much as I can (because taking it would be crazy right??)...if they steadily improve, I might persuade myself to do it again but will probably have severe anxiety because of this....Crazy time we live in
Has anyone that has received any of the new Covid Vaccines, did you experience any increased dizziness or other symptoms?
I received my 2nd Moderna shot on March 28th and on April 20th I had my first bout of vertigo ever and I am 47 years old. I was unable to get out of bed on my own. I spent two days with extreme vertigo and then over the next few days it improved. I still have days where I feel a bit off but today I woke up and was off balance, felt like I was leaning to my left side. I laid back down thinking I was just still groggy but after about an hour of laying down I tried to get up and have full blown vertigo again. I am terrified that I will be plagued with this the rest of my life. I feel 100% confident that this is a side effect of the covid vaccine. I am feeling hopeless and just hope that someone has some good news for me.
I know it's a very real fear. It is very interesting that your vertigo started almost a month after the vaccine. Mine started 13 days after the second vaccine. It's been 7 weeks at home. Hope you feel better.

So very sorry, hang in there. How long have you have side effects?

How long did you take the three supplements mentioned? I’m going on six weeks of dizziness and vertigo. I like others had blood work, eye test, ears checked and flushed and no relief. I just purchased the zinc, quercetin and glutathione but didn’t know how much and how long to take it.

Ahhh, I figured out you're referring to the Covid vaccine... Yes, very crazy/scary times! I considered my health to be enviable before trotting to my clinic and getting it in early March. Had been there only once in several years, and in hindsight the "viral infection" they surmised I had in March '20 may have been Covid infection. So, that may have been my first inoculation event?!
I also did a bit of research about travel... Apparently to get home to the US from abroad you still have to recently test negative for Covid, regardless of vaccination status. This makes sense to me and I would guess this is probably due to the possibility of a "breakthrough infection" even if you're "fully vaccinated".
Ah yes, my friend - crazy, confusing, complicated, even confounding times! 🥴😂
Yes! I took the first shot of pfizer vaccine april 16th. Dizziness started pretty quickly. Started the supplements 8 days ago. 50% better the following day and totally better the 2nd day. Back to exercising etc now when before i couldnt even sit at my computer and work. It’s like the whole syndrome lifted. Such a relief. I have a young child and now im back to doing everything. I just hope there is no long term damage from thr shot.
@dizzyfromvaccine I am currently taking Zinc, Probiotics, C, D, Gaba, hemp seed oil, and ibuprofen
What else do you recommend?
i stopped yesterday. I may continue with a lower dose of the glutithione- i dont think I was meant to stay at that level beyond a week. It’s a pretty high dose meant for a short time.
From what I looked up, glutothione can have some side effects like aggravating acid reflux or if you use the spray (which i didnt) can complicate asthma etc Webmd writes about glutothione.
