I am definitely getting the second shot this year because I want to travel and without 2 shots it will be really hard. I will follow a certain regimen that one guy here found very helpful before and after getting the shot. However, if my life didn't depend on travel, I would not have gotten it in the first place, I would have waited much much longer so i agree with people who are wary of it.
The supplements that were recommended here didn't really work for me.
I think the things that work are staying very active, ibuprofen and that's about it. However I am and will be taking all these supplements for a while, supplements take time to work, sometimes a few weeks.
I am taking B complex, Zinc, Quecerine, Lg, C, D, Omega-3, and ibuprofen at the moment.
May 16 - got vaccinated (Pfizer)
May 17 - sore arm
May 18 - May 21 - feeling great
May 21 - May 22 - headache
May 23 - chills, felt feverish with no temperature
May 24 - May 26 - brain fog and dizziness
May 27 - May 28 - brain fog and clogged ears
May 29 - May 30 - brain fog, headache
May 31 - severe brain fog, fatigue
June 1 - June 16 - brain fog, head and ears feel weird
I would say my brain fog is the worst in the morning and then gradually gets better. I had some moments when I was almost 100% but then I relapsed a but. It's not as bad as before. Sometimes it is very very noticeable and other times it's not that noticeable at all.
Alcohol and coffee do make it worse, I cut it down a bit. I only have one glass of wine a week and a bit of coffee. When I do, I drink lots of water.
I've spoken to some people who work in a medical field (my friends) They all say that this remind them of the symptoms some covid long haulers have. Brain fog usually lasts months after they recovered. Dizziness is often present as well. So it's almost like we got one of those symptoms. And I am almost sure if I got covid I could have gotten it as well. And might have been worse if it was a real disease.
As for the booster shots, I think by the time they will start doing those, lots will become known to the public, they might not even be mandatory. I doubt we will have to do them for a while.
Recap: 1st Pfizer on 4-16, dizzy since 4-19. Many doctor appointments, antibiotics, steroids, ENT specialist, CT scan, blood work. None of that solved anything.
After someone here suggested, I started taking glutothione, quercetin and zinc. Pill form. Did that for a week and didn’t notice improvement. Then I bought some glutothione in liquid form from Amazon. Starhonor brand. Been taking it for a week along with the zinc and quercetin and I have been feeling pretty good. Huge improvement with the dizziness and I have a lot more energy. I have a four month old baby at home and it has been tough not being able to help with him very much.
I can’t say for sure it was the supplements that have helped or if it was just time. I’m not an expert but I am going to keep taking them. I am not at 100% yet but I would say 75%. I feel good most of the time now.
I wanted to share my experiences with these supplements because it might help you guys. I am 38 and generally healthy. Everyone take care!
I think that's where went wrong, I ordered Lg in pill form, I will still finish them now but in the future I will only buy liquid form
@jondick Did you also have brain fog as a side effect? I know it's hard to distinguish especially if you were dizzy too.
hi there! Reposting below:
Im glad to share what helped me. I had head whirring, dizziness, like on a boat. But just note I am not a dr - it was recommended to me with the person knowing me. I dont know your health history or contraindications. So you have to decide for yourself. I had one dose pfizer. Had symptoms for 5 weeks. This got me 50% better 1st day and almost all better by 2nd. But i think it’s a kind of high dose. So you have to look into it yourself.
My life was a living hell after the vaccine and I was perfectly healthy before. Im still tired but my head is better
Trifortify flavored liposomal glutothione 2 tsp 3x per for only for a week (compared to the tube directions this dose is a lot so maybe start slow and build up)
Thorne zinc picolinate 30 mg 1 capsule 2x per day
Vital nutrients quercetin 250 mg 1 capsule 2x per day (zinc and quercetin at same time)
My understanding is that your monocyte ratios get thrown out of proportion by the vaccine. Some monocytes eat and dispose of cellular material. If they do too much the cellular material is left in the tissues causing inflammation which makes you feel terrible. My understanding is this cleans it out and does a reset.
I have no proof etc. just what I was told and my own experience.
Anyway this helped me. Hope you feel better.
let me know how things go.
I just wanted to let everyone know , that everyone has been in my thoughts ! I had 2 really bad days , crying and no sleep , I stopped the gluthione and qurcentin , didn’t really feel much of a difference using them a whole week! I still feel the dizzy/boat feeling ! But I feel time is our best helper , I’m 7 weeks and some days now , good days and bad days! Prayers for y’all
Oh wow im sorry to hear that. Did you also take the zinc?
The glutathione at this dose is only 1 week.
I did mix zinc with the quercetin , unfortunately it didn’t work for me , but I still appreciate your input ! Thank you again
@gloriam ivermectin, was safely used for the past 50 years around the globe nearly 4 billion times. It is on WHO's list of essential medicines and it was developed in Japan, also won a Nobel Prize in 2015 for it's global and historic impacts in eradicating parasitic infections in many parts of the world. For some reason it is very hard to get a prescription for it(also can be purchased on Amazon). It is proven that it can help with Covid, after Covid long haulers side effects and after vaccine side effects.
I took it. But only 1 dose because it made my heart race. But wondering if it worked in addition to the supplements.
@dizzyfromvaccine You mean the liquid one at this does and then what? We have to lower the dose? Sorry for asking just curious
@dizzyfromvaccine thank you so much for that information, I was not aware that it may cause an increased heart rate. Definitely something to look out for.
@ladyd thank you for the reply. I hope you are well. I am 75% there as far as dizziness however the leg pain i had from the first vaccine has come in go and the pain has increased.
I keep praying 🙏 that we all can be a 100% again.
Interesting video, decided to share it:
