@jasonedwarda

I will say that I have become very sensitive to high frequency loud noises, such a kids screaming or like when im snapping the yoghurts off the multi packs and that can worsen  the Tinnitus.

Hi Jason,

Are you still having sensitivity to high frequency loud noises?  That seems to be my worst symptom...

Also, can you let me know the MG levels on the below supplements:

Magnesium

Bromelain

Vitamin B12

Ginka Biloba

Curcumin

Thanks,

Ginger

I received my Moderna Covid-19 Shot on the 24th of July 2021. On the 30th of July, I sought emergency room care for acute dizziness that was diagnosed as BPPV. During my initial exam, none of the attending doctors asked me about my vaccine.  Now, on the 4th of August, I continue to have a disability of dizziness even after receiving my first treatment by my doctor for BPPV. Occam's Razor; the simplest answer is most likely the answer.

@lili23 I can relate. I could barely sit down for 2 minutes first 2 months. The anxiety was just too overpowering. I never had anxiety issues before and meditated and exercised almost every day. Well, with the vax-induced anxiety, sitting down for meditation was a challenge. So it seemed like none of the normal coping mechanisms such as breathing, meditating helped me.  See if your PCP can prescribe something for it. There are safer drugs that can be prescribed. I also tried Ashwagandha and it really helped me with anxiety. You really need to try and get this under control. Such chronic anxiety can cause other issues. Sorry that you are going through this, but it will get better. Just do what it takes to get over this acute phase. Good luck.
