@adelaide Hi.  I have done 7 sessions thus far.  Sessions 2-5, I noticed further relief each time.  The last 2 visits, I have digressed. Basically, 4 steps forward, and 2 back.  Still better than pre-acupuncture.  I have been doing electro-acupuncture where he sends electrical shock pulses through one ear out to the other.  Have you been doing something similar?

Many of us have regretted taking the first dose or 2nd dose of mRNA vaccines. Not sure this helps but just wanted to spread some positivity and encouragement to all reading this and suffering from any sort of side effects. I think it just need some time to fully recover. It is causing anxiety especially since many of us were healthy individuals who has not experienced such symptoms before. If you are feeling better, that’s a good sign that your body is healing 🙂 try to be happy and positive. Let your body heal especially those who have already done all the test needed. Continue to pray and hope this pandemic will end soon with everyone back to normal. We will get back to where we were before! Let’s believe!

@ladyd curious to hear your opinion on microdosing psilocybin. I’m not a med professional & not recommending use…but it greatly improved my life (naturally!)

@tabby from what you’ve just said I promise you we are experiencing the exact same. I feel I’m worse now, not better and I have tinnitus too and lightheadedness on top of the rocking where there’s a couple of times I thought I was going to pass out. My anxiety is through the roof now so I’m going out walking less and laying down more which is effecting my neck and back. I’m waking up every morning with palpitations and now abdominal cramps and cold sweats sometimes but I’m unsure if that’s still the side effects of the magnesium or new anxiety symptoms. It’s the uncertainty that feeds anxiety isn’t it just awful 😞

Please can someone tell me if they had this issue and how they are after the second dose?

So I had my first Pfizer jab in middle of August, I am due my second one this weekend coming. With the first jab I had no side effects after it, no sore arm... However after a week later I noticed brain freeze sensations and migraines that were non stop, also muscle weakness and palpitations which led to tightness in the chest non-stop :/ I feel ok at the moment but I am worried getting the second dose may eventually trigger these effects, possibly even worsen them... I am scared. Every other site I notice they take down negative comments about side effects so I am grateful to have found this forum! Please don't take this down. I feel pressured to have it done so I can travel and also for work. Please can anyone advise asap! I've had ECG, bloods done, blood pressure etc, all came out fine... The only thing I wanted to get done is a CT scan for brain which I wasn't allowed considering I was in A&E for hours with brain freeze and migraines which apparently is due to anxiety? I never used to get any sort of headaches, never, till vaccine. Any helpful advice I would appreciate. Many thanks.

I had the first jab and only felt tired on the following day. About 10 days later I started to have odd episodes of dizziness and felt like the floor is moving (especially after exercising). Also, started to see nightmares and woke up every night. I thought this was due to work stress and didn't even think it could be caused by the vaccine. However, after I got the 2nd jab and everything got so much worse, I realised that it wasn't probably a work stress, rather late side-effects from the 1st jab which others have also reported here.

I'm sorry, but you need to do a very-very difficult decision regarding the 2nd jab 🙁

I control my palpitations with deep, slow breathing, I don't get them so often now. I listen to relaxing sleep music on YouTube which sometimes help. I too get abdominal cramps, waking up sweating and weird dreams. I also get that feeling like I'm going to pass out. I take a drink of water when that happens and it helps. All could be anxiety related a!though it seems hard to believe. I also get dizziness turning onto my right side in bed. This comes and goes. I think the pandemic hovering over us and all the doom and gloom in the news is also taking its toll on many of us. This weekend I'm hosting Sunday lunch for a couple of family members, it was sort of sprung on me. I just hope I'll be able to cope. Even that is causing me anxiety. Oh if I could only turn back the clock! Sending best wishes.😊🙏

@tabby that’s what I did this morning i woke up at 04:45 with jitters and chest discomfort so I used deep breathing and managed to get back to sleep and woke up at 7 had 2 drops of CBD and now got to try to not let my mind wander and go for a morning walk. There’s no way I’d be able to entertain or cook for anyone right now so fair play to you for taking that on! Sometimes I wonder if distraction is a good or bad thing because when I’m distracted I notice symptoms less but then if I do too much I have to stop and the cycle starts over again. It’s hard to get the balance right. I do think the head pressure, tinnitus, abdominal cramps, sweats and lightheadedness are all anxiety but the dizziness most definitely is not. The thing I was focusing on before I had this down turn on Tuesday was to try to train my brain not to fear the dizziness because it can’t hurt me and telling myself the dizziness is safe. Then these new symptoms appeared and put me back to square one again. I don’t know…just got to try to accept the situation and use coping tools and walks to get me feeling better. Hope it goes ok today. Be kind to yourself and sometimes that means saying no! Xx

@lsado1212 what are your symptoms? Has the vaccine caused something or have you had an issue before? When I get over this hell I don’t think I’ll be getting a second dose as I just feel to ill

So many are experiencing the same. The night of my first Pfizer 26th June I woke and had constant panic attacks for 3 hours. This happened nearly every night for a few weeks. I also got tingling in my feet a week later. Then I started to feel shaky too, wobbly legs, shaky arms when typing or hanging washing etc which is still there but not as much, definitely worse on my work days so I think stress & anxiety makes it worse or maybe is the cause. I feared the vax so maybe my body kind of went in to a constant fight against the vax. I wake up & feel normal for a second then the tingling & now burning prickling on mostly arms , chest & hands starts. I have just started antidepressants hoping it will help calm me down. I had nothing wrong with me before the vaccine.

It's good that you take a daily walk, that will help with your anxiety. I don't get out much these days but I push myself into doing things at home otherwise I'd stay in bed all day. When I'm distracted, I too feel better but as soon as I stop and rest, symptoms return. if I overdo things I definitely feel worse after. I'm doing Sunday lunch for my mother's birthday, she invited herself lol and another two family members will be coming. Today I will be busy getting things sorted to make it easier for myself tomorrow. I need it like a hole in the head right now but I'm hoping all will turn out well. Just can't understand how symptoms have been worse these last couple of weeks.😏🙏

@deedee @lmkk

Apologies for the late reply. I have been on holiday which in itself shows how far I've come over the last few months.

Thanks for your responses, I didn't know that reactive arthritis was possible and as you both said, it could be an inflammatory response to the vaccine. I guess the specialist that I'll be seeing will be able to tell me more. I have since seen the report of my MRI scan and I am half prepared for the fact that there may be permanent damage but also remaining optimistic - covering all bases!

Similar to Kitkat - I also had pins and needles in my body after the jab but this seems to have calmed down significantly.
