@kenny Hi Yes me but I have no Pots, my dizziness and blurry vision are gone. Now I have that dull pain or head pressure in the morning but in a mild case then it will go. Its like one after the other cycle.Β  I also have some mild chest pain (like sharp pain) but won't last long. Do you have those? I try not to take any pain reliever anymore or medication as in the previous weeks I have been taking them and all they do was to mask the pain. I also cut down my vitamins, as some of them got the same dizziness, nausea, tummy and etc side effects. I felt better doing them. I am observing my mild headaches and chest pain these days if I have to see a GP again, as my previous tests and labworks are normal. I'm leaning into slow healing. I'm post 6weeks pfizer first shot and now functional since 3rd week but these symptoms that come and goes are really bugging me. tsk.Β

@jessiekhri I am looking through the posts here and did some research. I am not sure if it is related to dysautonomia (autonomic nervous system) or vagus nerve etc. Not sure if anyone here did any test for this. If yes, would love to hear some findings here πŸ˜‰

@andrew40 thanks, yeah I was sick about 3 times last year. Could have been covid who knows? Just like you, I was in perfect shape, I would say the best shape in years physically and mentally so this has been really tough.

After 4 months headache and head pressure are still my most debilitating symptoms, I can no longer play videogames, do something physical, have a good conversation or even think to much without my symptoms getting worse. It's really disheartening at certain times, but I try to remain positive because I have seen some improvement compared to some months ago. Hopeful this will go away some day!

@chelsun hi there just a quick question, I’m having all pots symptoms over last 4 months recently been out on beta blockers to help stop so much heart rate raising? Did you go on those? just wondered I’m trying to get back into being more physically active I struggle to stand still for more than 10 mins, has this happens to you or have you managed to overcome this? I’ve seen a few of your posts and it’s encouraged me that you have made improvements. Just looking for some advice really ThankyouΒ

@sailor008 moderna really seems to be the stronger vaccine causing longer issues I’ve had a terrible 4 months for it. Just hoping that I start getting more better days and whatever is happening burns itself out, I can’t work at the minute due to really bad symptoms chest pains pots symptoms/ dizziness can’t stand still for me than 10 mins 👎 would you say you have seen some improvements looking back? I’m only 27 and regularly played football was physically fit 😔Β

@andrew40 My case seems very similar to yours, I had Covid in Jan 2021 and recovered then my issues came on after my 2nd AZ jab in June 2021. I find it to coincidental to not be the jab. Main thing for me is vision changes, light sensitivity etc. Some days seem better than others but it makes me so anxious.

Anybody else getting massive headache flare ups when trying to concentrate, play a videogame, have a conversation, basically anything which causes you to use your brain?

It's been 4 months and while I feel physically okay, I still feel like a prisoner in my body because doing any of the above activities leads to massive headache which are very debilitating and stop me from functioning.

Would love to hear if someone recovered from this!Β

Not sure if this helps! But lots of information regarding dysautonomia symptoms that we are facing. https://www.reddit.com/r/POTS/comments/mbptc4/postcovid_potsdysautonomia_faq/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

@simplicity2378 It's always seemed WAY too high to me. I wonder if they reduced it to only 10 or 20 micrograms if there'd be less side effects? But I think the bigger issue is the mRNA, which is significantly flawed and needs reformulated, because it's causing issues with thousands of people's immune systems.Β

@twitch It started with muscle twitching on day seven, and by day eleven, I had brain fog and pressure in my head and ears. I've also noticed changes in my heart rate. If I were to guess, this is due to an overactive immune response that has resulted in inflammation throughout my body. I've been taking a bromelain/curcumin/quercetin supplement that seems to have helped reduce inflammation, but I'm still not 100%. I don't feel like myself; I can't quite describe the feeling, but I always feel "off." I hope it'll go away, but I constantly worry that I'll never be the same. It's been 27 days since my second dose.Β

  • Tylenol helps during the day. A child’s dose of Benadryl at night. Exercise is really helpful. Β I have twitching and tingling in my legs, some in my abdomen and tinnitus. Β I used to have tremors they have calmed dow, Β headaches have calmed down and the heart has improved. I hit 8 weeks tomorrow since my first shot. I have brain fog and eye floaters as well.
