@medee yeah I feel the same! Really warm to touch and feverish symptoms then feel back to normal after a while!

I sometimes feel all of us with side effects are going to turn into some super heroes fr.🤣🤣🤣🤣

With some super natural powers. Just imagine how cool will it be that all the pain and health issues vanish all of a sudden with no relapses, only to make us super strong super heroes!😎🔥😁

There world will regret not getting the side effects.🤣 I'll fly and pee on people who didn't believe it was a side effect. This is the 1st thing I'm gonna do once I get the super powers.🤣😂🤣

Don't mind, I'm just going crazy! I am fed up of my symptoms so I sometimes have some weird imagination. But it sounds cool. What if it turns true!🤩

We deserve all the love and respect for what we're going through silently coz nobody wants to hear our pain.

@medee haha this is making us all crazy 😂 but yes, we deserve something good after all of this we’ve been through!! I can’t wait to be better! My health anxiety seems to make me so much worse though! I’ve got swollen lymph nodes and unexplained bruising which is making me panic and think worse case scenario! Got bloods tomorow and I’m hoping for the best outcome! Once I know what’s going on I think my symptoms will stop flaring as much as they are! It’s hard to know what’s vaccine related and what’s not when you have no idea what’s going on in your body. But with all the other crazy side affects going on I’m trying to stay positive and just think these are also mad side affects too, the side affects have been so crazy I wouldn’t be surprised if everything came back fine and they died down soon, I just panic because I’m so ill, I don’t think my body could fight off something if it the bloods do come back as what I’m thinking it is 😩

Hey! I know the feeling. Just stay calm. Keep praying. We know what we're going through. It is scary, I agree. Wait until the reports are out. You will be fine.🤍

I too am down and don't know when will I go back to my original self. I feel like a fool living like this.

People have made a mockery out of my sufferings. They think it is my anxiety that has caused all of it. How dumb can someone be. Why did we get these? Why not the rest who find it difficult to trust us at this moment of our lives? I wonder sometimes.... why me?

Why did I get so brainwashed n got injected with this stupid vaccine. But its done and we can't change it. Please take care of yourself. Keeping you in my prayers.

@medee yes me too! Nobody understands and my family, doctors are all trying to blame anxiety. Soon enough they will realise ! I’m sure we will all end up recovering and back to our healthy selfs soon enough, we just have to be patient. As most people say time is a healer! That’s what I’m holding on too x

@seemamkhrj - Your monthly summary was very helpful.  I too got the first Pfizer shot and had the same issues you reported.  I have been dealing with multiple ENT doctors who don't know anything.  I finally found a Neurologist and he just now has started me on a high taper dose of Prednisone.  And Diazapem at 4mg per day for 7 days.  What was your dosage?  Finally both these medicines are helping reduce the headache and dizziness when I walk I feel natural not drunk.  Now why did that other Doctor tell you to stop the Diazapem?  From what you said you got worse so maybe that Doc was just stupid?  What do you think most helped you?

As I read your posts you are almost there.  You can drink coffee! How's that going for you?  Are you exercising?

Thank you

@medee I will get a “flare” here & there but nothing like it was! I consider that better ☺️
Considering how poorly I felt in August the progress made has been substantial.

@tabby I remember you from the spring 😭. I’m sorry you are still having issues. Taking benfotiamine really helped me start on the road to improvement. I started in May. It is turned into vitamin B1 in your body or something. I also started doing the Botox protocol for migraines and that’s amazing. Finally, I found an ophthalmologist who actually found some thing wrong with my eyes and now I am in vision therapy. Reading was a huge migraine trigger for me after the shot, but also there was some thing else going on because my head just hurts so much the first few months.

I’m in vision therapy now and it’s really helping. The Botox starting to wear off about three weeks ago, and they headaches for more frequent, but I started the vision therapy and I’m actually reading without much pain now. And I haven’t had a migraine since August, and it was just one quick one, and before that it was June or July. In addition to the benfotiamine, I also take 400 mg of B2 and 400 mg of magnesium every night.

I hope your head heals up soon.

Has anyone recovered from the second Pfizer jab? I’m on month 6 and wish I could say I’m better but I’m still pretty bedridden and feel nothing like my former self. I am only 19 and worried I will never go back to the old me.

Im so sorry to hear that. What side effects are you suffering from?

I’ve had all the major side effects people mention here - constant dizziness, nausea, stomach problems, heart irregularities, tinnitus and pins and needs and thankfully some symptoms have improved over time. Am just hoping this will be the last month or so of suffering since the vaccine supposedly lasts for 6 months

@trawii Do you have anyone bringing you help, or do you have to try to shop on your own?  These are the supplements I would recommend for a starter. attached..

what's the main feelings/symptoms you are having?

I am able to go and shop on my own, thankfully I’ve improved to the point where I can go out and do things as long as I keep some zofran on hand. I tried the quercetin zinc liposomal glut combo but didn’t notice much of a difference although I didn’t stick to it. Will give it another try starting today. My symptoms are constant dizziness, nausea, stomach problems, pins and needles etc. Not sure if it is just in my head but some days seem to be less intense than others. Am hopeful from the recovery stories I’ve read here 🙂

Thanks for the help!

Hello ALL,

Just an update: I think I'm 10 weeks post pfizer vax now and I just had my MRI and updated blood works 2 weeks ago, like the rest of my blood works. ALL came normal and I Thank GOD for that. Though my neuro "diagnosed" me w migraine/vertigo (which I havent had before) and prescribed me w the meds, and since I rarely got headache but head pressure only. I didnt take it again Haha, i only tried the vertigo meds as I still got few episodes of dizziness or blurry vision (my main reason why I took MRI test). Gosh, after taking it, it made me feel worse so I guess my body is saying to me to stop drinking any medication, focus on naturopath and rest more. So no more medications since then!! So I am listen and doing i a lot and even my anithistamine to my rhinitis(my existing allergy pre vax), i taper it off.  I have been functional since 3rd week but of course w everyday and different intensity of flare ups, but i have noticed that its getting better each day. This week and last week, I noticed that I can go on on a day and feel so normal but I need to sleep early and do nothing when evening hits like 9pm bedtime snooze. Otherwise the other symptoms will come out in mild mode. So I make sure that: i do my errands, cook, clean, workout and do my daily work (i work from home) and others on daytime to prevent the flare ups. My flare ups are manageable now with rest compare to the previous weeks of pain reliever after pain reliever and ant-histamine.My  flare ups these days are left join/leg pain or numbness in my face or stuffed nose but all are mild to nothing. My BP, HR, and temp have been normal so I'm leaning on the positivity.

I guess, the rest, good food, staying positive, few supplements, 3L of water/day, avoiding social media/negative people (haha), doing my normal routine, going out, walking and managing my stress are the consistent ones that Helped me through a lot. Praying there are no long term effects for me and the rest of us. To be honest with you all, I just got to the point of NOT going for another check up after check up again if I can bear the symptoms as I don't want any mental stress anymore or at least to rest my body from any hospital exposure, worries or needles or etc. that I had endured in the last 2mos since the onset of the side effects. As for my mild symptoms, I am going to see my neuro again next month or next time for my evening flare ups when I had a long day just to make sure I'm all good. I am still adjusting and observing.

Its a long windling, cray and amazing journey for me/us, but I'm sure we will get healed in time, just as the rest of us here who had gone through the same chaos. For now, lets battle through.

PS: I lived alone as my family and folks are in my home country, so imagine how i run my life since post vax effects: my work, cat, groceries, clean, laundry, daily life and theses symptoms!! Through out the 10weeks, I have few weeks off and weekend to have full self care but the rest are all for grinding. It was depressing, challenging but also liberating to survived and still dealing w the remains that also diminishing. lastly, I thank GOD for sustaining me and for protecting me this journey.  Some friends helped me but mostly It is me. So sending y'all love, healing and prayers. You and I can do it.

I still believe in science, but mRNA is truly an allergens to me so I wont be getting any of it in the future.

Jessie, 36 yo, F and healthy prior to the vax 🙂

Pressure in back of heac

My husband has tinnitus for few years. He can suffer bad attacks few times a year which give him a dizzy head and makes him sick.

However since taking his final Pheifser vaccine, his condition has deteriorated. He went to his Doctor, who carried out manual tests ie head roll side to side etc and found him ok. But he has a pressure on the back of his head. His Doctor said if he still has this pressure in 2 weeks, to get in touch with him again. There is no doubt in his mind that the final jab has excaberated his condition and in addition left him with this deep pressure on back of his head. Can only wait and see what develops in 2 weeks!

How has everything been now?

I too feel some head pressure which I never faced prior to taking the jab. Your experience might help.

Pls do use the QUOTE option when you reply to my post. Take care.

@dan1878 it’s terrible 👎 I never got refereed to a cardiac mri. They just put me on beta blockers. But like you said I’m not sure if it will show anything. Most my other tests did not. Let me know how you get on. Hopefully we get better there’s surely got to be something that can help. I’m presuming a pacemaker would be last option but I’m sure it would fix it if thss as is the last option.

@medee Hi. My chest pain was intense in first two weeks but on and off then dwindle down on 3rd week and its like palpitations after that. I went through ECG, Echocardiogram and blood works. ALL test came normal. My cardio gave me a med for palpitations but I didnt take it and even the pain-relievers or my antihistamine for my rhinitis (I cut it down, i only take it if I can't get through the dAY BUT IN the last two weeks, It was good). I do a lot of the naturopath : proper rest (8-9hrs/day) with naps at work breaks, supplements (c,d,e,zinc, quercetin, barley juice, b12 and others then I cut down to 3). I am only taking c,d and barley everyday then sometimes e or zinc., I increased my water intake to 3L per day, cut down my processed foods/fried and coffee, only re-introduce them last week in small amounts, eat more healthy food, stay away from social media, acupuncture weekly, 3-4x light or moderate workouts/week and i Pray a lot too. I still have the symptoms of blurriness, dizziness, tinnutus, muscle pain but in little episodes to nothing. they're gone when im busy.  I am also trying to re-introduce my body to cold weather so I walk a lot everyday and wear light clothing. The only thing I'm trying to manage it is my intense rhinitis which i had i prior to vaccine, but I can manage it by resting and more water or drinking my ginger tea/garlic everyday or every other day. I am grateful the major side effects didnt linger and the minor ones are fading too and all of my lab works and tests are normal.

I went through a lot of roller coaster of emotions like the rest, but I kept my routine, work and trying to be "BRAVE" everyday cos all of my tests/check ups/labs are NORMAL. The only thing i dont do that much since the onset is meeting friends or attending gatherings to avoid some infections. Which is a wise decision to be honest these days. Time heals, I agree to this. I pray that you will get better soon. Just soldier on and we all going to beat this.

cheers.

Thank you for keeping me in your prayers.🤍

May I know what other symptoms you had and have they vanished now? How long did it take to reach recovery?

Hi guys

I am so thankful I found this page. I honestly thought I was going crazy but after reading your posts I am relieved that its not just me.

I would like to share a bit about my story. I do feel it's different to the norm which is obviously adding to my anxiety. Please dont judge my story based on my wrong decisions.

*I had my first vaccine, 1 June, Moderna, and drove there and back myself. Was uneventful and felt fine.
*about 10 days later felt like I was coming down with something, perhaps common cold? My hands felt clammy and warm.
*next few days became unwell with moderate GI issues. I had a bout of GERD the year before and tackled with ppi and treated the same. I thought I was just having another flare up. Didn't think anything of it.
*GI/digestive issues lasted for 2 or so weeks. Felt back to normal by 25 July.
*I had aesthetic treatment - Cheek dermal fillers on 31 July. Felt fine. No issue.
* 8 August I had 2nd jab, moderna.
*On the day felt fine, arm ached more than previous jab. Got a considerable large lump on arm by evening (went away after 3 days).
*Throughout the night I was getting temperature and profuse night sweats and waking up in night feeling generally unwell.
*24 hours later back to normal - felt fine.
*25 August I (stupidly) went to correct asymmetry on my cheek fillers.
* within hours I started to feel
- unwell
-dizzy
-nauseous. No appetite.
- body felt like it was vibrating internally.
- Body temperature would not stabilise. Hot and cold.
-This went on for 5 days on 5th day broke out into an extremely aggressive viral sinus flu (checked via home and pcr tests - negative for covid). It effecting my nose, ears and throat. All my sinuses were extremely bunged up.
*temperature was not decreasing after 2 weeks and I felt pretty shit.
*went to A & E: they said its most likely a viral infection and gave me antibiotics. I took 3 days worth.
*Flu subsided after few days of antis and was left with an enormous amount of symptoms to this day. *
*the first few weeks after flu were horrendous. My GI issues are so bad that i have lost 8 kg due to extreme acid, nausea and no appetite (within the first 3 weeks post flu). Extreme fatigue. Heart palpitations that changes with movement (like sitting to standing would make me feel like my heart was going to burst out of my chest - almost like POTs), internal buzzing/vibrations, limb/fingers trembling , one sided headache, eye pain, toothpain, tregiminal nerve pain ( is this due to treatment or vaccine?).

All these symptoms have not left to this day. Numerous times I have felt like I was going to pass out and faint. I think I even did on one occasion. My husband found me on floor. I was on phone on bedroom floor and I was watching phone lieing down and next thing is he's shaking me, worriedly.

I went to a private GP/aesthetic doc, during this period, and he said he thought I was having an immune response to the aesthetic treatment/vaccine due to timings and gave me 5 days of prednisolone. Didnt notice a change in symptoms.

So now the weird thing is, throughout this whole period I was so focused on my GI and heart issues I wasn't being attentive to my low energy symptoms. I was noticing alot of body weakness, and I kept chalking it up to fatigue. I would feel like my limbs were not as quick, I felt like I was bumping into things. I would feel dizzy when turning. I felt really spaced out and zombie like. My vision was weird. I even got my eyes tested during this time and had prescription changed. No change, didn't help. My focus was odd. I felt like my eyes were not focusing anymore. I felt unstable and a little too fragile to drive or even cross the road to pick my little girl up.

It dawned on me a week ago that it wasn't just fatigue I was experiencing, but in actual fact itsalot of neurological stuff and its actul dizziness. My whole body will sway back and forth like I am on a boat and my sense of balance an coordination has changed. All my other symptoms still going strong to this day. This has all caused great anxiety.

I feel like I am stuck in someone elses body and I can't get out. I went to A&E over weekend and urgent GP said its vestibular neuritis due to the virus i got after 2nd jab and gave me betahistine. I've been taking it 4 days. It may be helping, marginally, i really can't tell. I am doing VRT at home since googling. Also done a CT scan this morning of sinuses/head today and awaiting results.

I feel lost and extremely scared. Because
A) I fear I have brought this on myself from the treatments I did. (but also know vaccine has playing a massive part here).
B) the medical professionals brushing my symptoms off and labelling everything with anxiety. The urgent GP literally said its anxiety.

I just dont know where to go and who to turn to.

Turning extremely suicidal over this all and just wish for help.

I am sorry this is so long but I needed to let it out. I am glad to read your comments. I am sad you are all going through this but atleast we are together and hopefully with prayers and healing we can get through this.

Lots of love,
Dizzyisnotsofun
