Curious as to if anyone  here has had relatively  mild symptoms  at all . Or have they all been debilitating  ? To the point of not being able to function ? Or not work ? I'm only appx. 7 weeks from vaccine.  And symptoms  started 3 to 5 days after. When has it got really bad for most ? So I have an idea what to expect.

Hi, Everyone!

I would like to share a link, Dr. Peter McCullough talks about side effects on the heart:

https://youtu.be/BarC2SLrhtM

In some case of cardiac manifestations, in addition to the electrocardiogram, echocardiography, troponin examination, he also investigates: BNP, ST2, galectin 3.

Also, he remarks that it is prudent not to do physical activity for a while and that in some cases it is better to take medication.

I remember there was talk at one point on this forum about the use of beta-blockers. It is true that they only treat the symptom, not the cause, but too much tachycardia can be complicated, so it is more prudent to use them in some cases.

Sport is healthy, but now it's a special situation.
There are people who are very sporty, but this interview reminds that there may be subclinical myocarditis, so it is sometimes better to take a break from training, for a few months, especially if there are heart symptoms.

Hi all,

Just wanted to report that I got Omicron recently and the symptoms were different for when I had Covid in 4/21. This time it was fever for a day, fatigue for a day, congestion, diarrhea and some temporary loss of taste/smell. No dizziness this time or debilitating fatigue or tinnitus. (Had one Moderna in 3/21, then Covid 4/21 although I could have had Covid 1/21, and Omicron in Feb/22.) My tinnitus was better for a while. It still comes and goes but fortunately it's not debilitating.

For those joining who are new, you can search to see what people have done by typing in your symptoms.

Box breathing, Zinc, Quercetin, Vitamin D and Vitamin C has been helpful to me. Intermittent fasting seems to work for some.

Wishing everyone well.

I see he includes Neem, also my top tip.

@mumaas yes and all the test came back negative. Rheumatologist gave me. Anti inflammatory meds but I only took them 4 times. I don’t know what to do. I get an MRI , Neurologist ordered of my brain tomorrow and I’m anxious about that. And he wants to do an EMG at the end of the month. I had been belching after eating for months but that has gone away the past few weeks so I don’t know if I should go and see GI doctor or not??? I know people on here have had endoscopy and other things and still have issues with swallowing and other things. I have no problem eating and am often hungry. Thanks for your thoughts.

Hi Susie, over the past year since having the vaccines I've had different levels of severity of dizziness and in hindsight they have improved. Since having the vaccines my migraines became more frequent and were usually accompanied by dizziness, a light headed feeling, swaying motion, feeling the need to grab hold of something when walking to the bathroom for example. I've had migraines for years but never had the dizziness with them before. Also since having both vaccines, I used to feel dizzy turning over in bed but this has now passed. I have had days when I felt I couldn't get out of bed and even rang the out of hours doctor on one occasion. I've never had the room spinning sensation.

My headaches are not so frequent these days so the dizziness is not as severe but I sometimes get the giddy sensation momentarily. On a positive note, I have been drinking eastern white pine needle tea for three days now and haven't had any dizziness. I'm not sure if it is the tea but I am continuing with it while this respite lasts.😊🙏

Hi has anyone caught covid while dealing with these symptoms from the vax?

Did they get worse? I have caught covid and my symptoms have been reactivated so to speak. Wanted to know though if they will pass quickly or will this mean another 6 or so months of hell?

Hi All, UK (M) 45,  I've been a member of this site for sometime now and have posted about my symptoms as well as medication and tests i've had. I was jabbed 18th of April 2021 with AZ so coming up on a year now and i still have issues. There have been a few '1 Week of being normal' episodes but then right back to Head pain, Neck Pain, Eye pain, Dizziness (constant), Ear pain and memory issues. I keep coming back here to see if anybody has found a treatment that works, as of yet i can not see any. I'm now going to add Pine Needle Tea to my daily routine to see if that helps. I will continue to come back and report any thing i find or just as an update to my status. Feel free to contact me if you are struggling. I Cant help but im willing to listen. Good Luck

@garfybrown I'm sorry about your struggles.

I am coming up on a year since two Pfizer shots in april.

I still have awful issues but am seeing an acupuncturist today to address some of them, including headaches and vertigo/balance issues.

A year of our lives now and all I can say is let's anticipate getting well and firgetting about this dark period.

Hoping so of us see relief soon.

@tone I think worst symptoms tend to happen in the first 3 months. They then start tapering off slowly and new symptoms may appear. Some people heal more quickly. From my experience and from what I've seen from others, relapses are common but symptoms are less debilitating than the first few months. There are some people who have longer lasting and  more debilitating symptoms but the majority seem to improve in frequency and intensity over time. Hard to tell what percentage of us get back to 100% long term since we have seen several that post they are back to normal and then post later about a relapse. I've been at it for 10 months but am about 85 - 90% better and the symptoms I have are mild in comparison to 6 months ago.

Honestly, I think it depends on the symptoms and the person...I experienced ringing in my ears right away...2 months later, panic attacks randomly and pins and needles in my arms and hands intermittently...for me, my symptoms have been gradual...10 months today and still getting new symptoms...
