Hi. I have been experiencing internal vibrations and tremors ever since I had covid. Anyone else have this problem ? My whole body feels it's buzzing with electricity

Lots of people have had this after the vaccine and after covid. There have been mentions of vagus nerve damage. I had constant buzzing & internal vibrations constantly for months after my vaccine. I am coming up to a year now & get the odd buzz in my pelvic area but the rest has settled down.
