I have a constant rocking or metronome sensation inside my body, tinnitus and other symptoms. Its not MDB as exterior not spinning or rocking. Anyone else have this? It creates head neck and upper body pressure. No diagnosis and long wait for Vestiular Therapy here in UK
I'm experiencing a similar sensation, and I already completed about five months of vestibular rehab with no luck. My new neurologist wants to start injections in the neck and forehead to numb some of the nerves that are causing me pain with the belief that this may also help the dizziness. I'm starting that therapy in December. He is also considering doing acupuncture in the ear.
I hope that works Sonia. I don't have pain just general pressure and mostly when I lie down. Standing and walking much less pressure. Best of luck with your new approach.
