Element Physical Therapy Orthopedic and Balance Center is dedicated to improving your health and wellness through rehabilitation centered around your needs.  We use world-renowned equipment to evaluate and treat your dizziness and balance impairments. Our therapists are highly trained and integrated with the most up-to-date research and clinical expertise.  We have extensive specialized training in the treatment of balance and dizziness disorders, as well as orthopedic and neurologic-related impairments.  We have 5 physical therapists and one massage therapist on staff.  Element Physical Therapy has four sets of oculography goggles, a 4D Balancetutor treadmill by Meditouch, and a Smart Equitest system by Natus.  We can effectively train your slip-and-fall reflex safely!  We are the only clinic in Montana that has this technology.  Come see us!
