Dr. Judd is both a vestibular and orthopedic specialist with over 20 years of experience of private practice in in Colleyville, TX. In recent years, he has mostly limited his practice to treatment of vestibular disorderes, neck pain, post-concussion, and TMJ disorders.  Common vestibular conditions seen by Dr. Judd include, but are not limited to: BPPV, vestibular neuritis/labrynthitis, motion sensitivity, PPPD, post-concussion syndrome, Meniere’s disease, acoustic neuromas, cervicogenic dizziness, cervicogenic headaches, vestibular migraines, and other disorders causing dizziness and/or balance deficits. His orthopedic background makes him uniquely qualified to treat the cervical spine component that is so common in vestibular disorders. Joel has served as a clinical instructor for well over 100 physical therapy interns, and was named 2014 Clinical Instructor of the Year by the Texas Consortium of Physical Therapy Educators.
