He is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and acupuncture and dry needling instructor for the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute, Meridian Health Education and the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine since 2011.
When it comes to working with clients, Deoanand is thorough and engaged. He loves taking on challenging cases. His strength is in setting reachable goals with clients, and providing the guidance to achieve them. He relies on his analytic thinking, education and vast experience in clinical practice. He has found the best outcomes from treatment focused on education and exercise, often augmented with aggressive manual therapy and dry needling techniques when necessary.
