Dr. Fracica completed a fellowship in Neurovestibular and Ocular Motor Disorders at Johns Hopkins Hospital and a second fellowship in Cerebrovascular Disorders at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard. She is a practicing neurologist and physician researcher who splits her clinical time between caring for patients at Johns Hopkins Hospital and seeing patients in outpatient clinic. Her clinical interests are in treatment of patients with posterior circulation strokes and patients with acute vestibular syndrome.
