Larry Grine has been a Competency Certified Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist since 2000. He currently treats patients with BPPV, Unilateral Vestibular Hypofunction, Bilateral Vestibular Hypofunction, Post-Concussion Syndrome, Headaches/Migraines, and Post-surgical Acoustic Neuroma resection. At Virginia Therapy & Fitness Center, Larry treats patients one on one for one-hour appointments. His training included a two year Research Assistant position under Drs. Susan Herdman and Ronald Tusa at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami. Additionally, he published a research article in the Physical Therapy Journal, "Optimizing the Sensitivity of the Head Thrust Test in Identifying Vestibular Hypofunction".
