Details

Heidi graduated with honours from the Singapore Institute of Technology–Trinity College Dublin with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. She is trained in advanced vestibular rehabilitation and is also a certified GEMT dry needling therapist.

Formerly a Senior Physiotherapist at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Heidi has extensively trained and gained experience in managing vestibular conditions, as well as both surgical and non-surgical musculoskeletal conditions. Her diverse experience across inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, and the emergency department has allowed her to effectively assess and manage conditions throughout their continuum. Heidi is particularly passionate about improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and was awarded the Support To Aspiring Research Talents Program (START) at Tan Tock Seng Hospital which sparked her ongoing research work focused on patients with knee osteoarthritis.

By integrating her unique clinical expertise with her clinical skills in exercise and manual therapy, she is dedicated to empower her clients with dizziness, migraines, and musculoskeletal injuries to regain their mobility, independence, and improved quality of life. Her special interests are in the management of vertigo, cervicogenic headaches, and lower back pain.
