Details

Though Julia grew up in Saint Louis, MO, she has considered the Kansas City area her home for the past 11 years. She attended Rockhurst University, where she played collegiate women’s soccer and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor concentration in Physics of Medicine in 2016. She then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University as well in 2019. She initially began her career in the acute care and inpatient rehab settings, where she developed and implemented individualized physical therapy plans for patients recovering from complex impairment or injury. She then earned her Vestibular Rehabilitation certification and transitioned to the outpatient setting in 2021. She spent two years working as the clinical manager of the Mid America Balance Institute. There, she gained extensive experience working alongside vestibular audiologists to accurately guide vestibular based treatment interventions. She is passionate about building strong connections and helping her patients get back to the things they love to do!
