Details

Marina is passionate about working with individuals of all ages who have vestibular issues, neurological disorders and concussions. She has been working in this area since she graduated in 2013 and uses infrared googles to assist with providing thorough assessment and treatment for those with balance and dizziness concerns.  She is the vestibular lead at the clinic and has completed numerous post-graduate courses for the assessment and treatment of vestibular disorders and concussion/post-concussion management and completed her Certificate in Vestibular Rehabilitation from Emory University in Atlanta, USA in 2017. She also has extensive post-graduate training in the management of orthopedic/musculoskeletal injuries (i.e. manual and manipulative therapy, McKenzie and Mulligan training), pelvic floor dysfunction, acupuncture (Acupuncture Canada Level 1) and Gunn IMS dry needling (University of British Columbia).   In addition to in-person treatment, Marina has experience with offering virtual vestibular assessment and treatment options for those who are unable to attend appointments in the clinic.
