Hi! My name is Dr. Mackenzie Syron LaRovere. I am a vestibular physical therapist and the founder of Dizzy Diagnosis. Dizzy Diagnosis is a telehealth and concierge based physical therapy service located in Boston, MA that specializes in treating patients with vestibular, vertigo and balance disorders.   At Dizzy Diagnosis, we want to help you understand and overcome dizziness, vertigo, and balance challenges—without the stress of navigating long waitlists, referrals, or in-person clinics.

I initially took an interest in vestibular physical therapy following graduating with my doctorate in physical therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute in 2022. I have worked with vestibular patients of all ages spanning from infancy to geriatric. I am currently in a program gaining my certificate to be an advanced vestibular therapist through the University of Pittsburgh.

I have treated hundreds of patients who suffer from dizziness of all different origins including vestibular migraines, PPPD, concussions, BPPV, stroke, cervicogenic dizziness and vestibular hypofunction. I have seen through the lens of my patients just how debilitating dizziness can be. I have also personally experienced how effective vestibular physical therapy can be as I suffered from two concussions as a young athlete. I want to give you hope and work towards dizzy free days where you get to do what you love.
