I have been practicing physiotherapy for 18 years and more specifically vestibular rehabilitation for 14 years and completed an advanced competency in Vestibular rehabilitation at University of Emory in 2013. I have been involved in initiatives related to concussion since 2011 and have combined knowledge in exercise, vestibular rehabilitation and rehabilitation of the neck to help serve this population. We use blackout infrared goggles to help aid in the diagnostic process. At SMU, we have access to a gym, track and I have been known to take a few vestibular clients to Point Pleasant Park for some balance work.
