Stephanie is dedicated to helping her clients find balance and peace in their lives. A 2004 graduate of The Citadel's Masters of Arts in Psychology: Clinical Counseling program, Stephanie provides counseling for a variety of issues such as chronic illness, anxiety, depression, coping skills, trauma, and life changes. She is the founder and group leader for the Charleston Dizzy Group, a support group for people diagnosed with vestibular (balance) disorders. As someone with a vestibular disorder, Stephanie knows the impact chronic illness has on both physical and mental health.
Stephanie offers personalized counseling services tailored to your unique needs. She believes that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, and she's here to walk with you on your journey to achieve that.

The mission of the support group is to provide a supportive and safe environment that is encouraging. Patients with vestibular disorders can share experiences with others who have similar challenges and struggles. Caregivers welcome!
Some meetings will be open-ended discussions, while others will include a guest speaker.
Meetings are held every other month on the 2nd or 3rd Saturday at 1pm Eastern time. Please check with support group leader for date and location of next meeting.
In-Person
