Tumors of the Ear

Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery offers this online, one-hour, on-demand course. It is intended for otolaryngology healthcare providers who treat patients with complex otologic tumors, and will include discussion of clinical presentation, diagnostic evaluation, and management options. It is available through May 31, 2027.

Learning Objectives:
– Learn to leverage patient history to differentiate between tumors of the ears and other causes of the patient’s complaint, as well as develop the appropriate differential to guide diagnostic testing.
– Explain the indications for imaging, audiological and vestibular evaluation, and adjunct testing in various tumor types.
– Understand the management options that are appropriate depending on the tumor and the tumor’s burden of disease.
