Social Media Advertising

VeDA board members Drs. Kathleen Stross and Danielle Tolman host a monthly Workshop Series Live Event, streamed through VeDA's social media channels. The goal of each workshop is to provide useful information, tools, and resources for those living with vestibular dysfunction.We offer companies like yours the opportunity to showcase your products and services that are relevant to the vestibular community. In addition to talking about your product or service, we invite you to share a skill, technique, or exercise that viewers can engage with at home. 

Included in your Advertising Package:

1. Logo displayed on event advertising thumbnails as well as hyperlink information in the event description
2. Logo and/or information displayed on the streaming background/banners
3. Logo/information included in opening five minute introductory video before start of the workshop
4. Moderator introduction well as 30-second plug at the start of the workshop
5. Closing remarks with 30-second plug 
6. End credits with logo/information

You can request a topic of your choice for your workshop, and our moderators will work with you to design an engaging presentation.

Example Episode Structure:

• 5 min pre-show video/reel
• Introduction by the host followed by guest bio
• Guest greeting and sponsor plug
• 20-25 min discussion about the topic
• 15-20 minute workshop with active audience participation
• 10 min Q&A
• Parting sponsor plug
• Conclusion video
